the rooms were of reasonable size. Only stayed there as we were travelling further north. On the highway but a kilometer north of Grafton.

Clean, comfortable, quiet
Check-in only available until 9.30 pm and it was too late to order breakfast for morning - we got there at 8.05 pm after driving all day

The hotel offered a great view from the sitting room with comfy lounge and table to enjoy the sunset on the river. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, they even went out of their way to make sure we had an easy-access room. The restaurant had a wide range of beer and wine, and the seafood and steaks were so well cooked that they tasted amazing. The room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed to provide a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for a romantic escape, with easy access to the nearby highway.
The noise from passing trucks on the highway was an intermittent disturbance, but it's understandable given the location. It didn't detract from our overall experience, though.

Found affordable city break
Found a deal for a quick city break and decided to take it. The hotel was in a good location and easy to find. It was also close to restaurants that had really nice food. The staff at check-in was nice and helpful.
The room was disappointing and showed signs of uncleanliness with cobwebs and black grout. The bathroom layout was inconvenient with the hand basin outside the door. Honestly, it didn't feel like a welcoming stay. Wouldn't recommend it to others, and I wouldn't stay there again.

Nestled on a hill, this motor lodge boasts stunning panoramic views over the beautiful Clarence River. Its convenient location is just a few short miles north of the town, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are immaculate. The owners go above and beyond to ensure their guests have an enjoyable stay, offering excellent customer service. the hotel offers an inviting pool and well-kept grounds perfect for relaxing, with rabbits hopping around a beautiful garden.
Some minor road noise can be heard from the elevated position of the hotel, but it did not substantially detract from the overall experience.

Nothing.
